By design, this Tamper-Resistant, Polished, Stainless Steel Screw uses the same Security Tool as our SaddlebagSecure™, SeatSecure™ and ShieldShackle™. The Harley Fender Security Screw comes with 2 washers for attaching your seat or luggage rack to your back fender. You can use both washers or choose which one works best for your set up.
And this Fender Security Screw comes with a Satin/Flat Black Cap that snaps on to give a finished, polished look.

IF YOU HAVE A TOUR PAC, THE SECURITY BIT IS NECESSARY. However, if you already have the Security Tool as purchased with our SaddlebagSecure™ or ShieldShackle™, then that product also works on the Harley Fender Security Screw.
